What Are The Safety Accessories For LPG Transport Semi Trailer ?

1. Safety valve: role: to protect the tank in the design of the working pressure range of normal operation. Working principle: when the tank for some reason (overloading, sun exposure, etc.) lead to tank pressure rises even more than the designed working pressure of the tank, the safety valve automatically opens to exclude the pressure inside the tank, when the tank pressure drops to a safe range, the safety valve closes itself.

2. Emergency shut-off valve: the car is equipped with gas-phase, liquid-phase two kinds of emergency shut-off valve. Role: 1, when there is an emergency (fire, other reasons) need to instantly cut off the gas line, through the valve box button or the back of the car remote control puller to instantly cut off the gas line; 2, when the vehicle is on fire, the personnel can not be close to the vehicle, cut the valve on the cryogenic alloy pins to reach a temperature of 75 ± 5 degrees when the self-melting, the emergency shut-off valve automatically closes to cut off the gas source; 3, on the flow of the load and unloading of the flow-limiting function, to prevent the flow of too large a fluid wall friction static gas, the emergency shut-off valve closes. 3. Ball Valve: The trailer is equipped with two kinds of ball valves for gas phase and liquid phase. The valve body is equipped with a discharge valve, when the loading and unloading is completed, need to remove the loading and unloading hose, first open the discharge valve to exclude the pressure in the pipe and then remove the loading and unloading hose.

4. Pressure gauge shut-off valve: The pressure gauge shut-off valve is installed at the bottom of the tank and connected to the pressure gauge.

5. Pressure gauge: The pressure gauge is installed in the valve operation box. Role: display tank pressure. When you want to show the pressure in the tank, open the small valve between the gas phase pipeline connected to the pressure gauge, the pointer indicates the value of the pressure in the tank. When not in use, remove the gas from the pipe and close the small valve.

6. Temperature gauge: The temperature gauge is installed in the valve operating box. Role: display the temperature inside the tank. With the tank temperature changes and automatic changes. No need for human operation. There is a red line area on the temperature gauge, if the pointer exceeds the red line area, measures should be taken to cool down the temperature to prevent the temperature from being too high, thus leading to increased pressure in the tank.
